Technically I am now nicotine-free, having not had a cigarette for almost 3 days.
Quite exciting, really.
Not only have I not killed anyone, I even smiled at a small child on the Tube this morning.

Really f*****g bad f*****g day.
Nobody I know gives a s**t whether I smoke or not.
I give a s**t but its making me miserable because I eat instead of smoke. Its f*****g horrible.
