Still ploughing onwards with the book, will not be defeated. Starting to get the mearest whiff of exitement, but taking nothing for granted.
There are still far too many characters to remember which means much backtracking and sometimes ending up on the same page as which i started. Page 300 is but a distant memory, her to not seeing it again.

Thanks for the vote of confidence, am reading at a rate of knots now. Its not like me at all have tried reading this about ten times without success so glad to finally be getting somewhere, mean to say have even conquered Proust and Nietzsche before now and they are a lot less interesting(sorry all Proust and Nietzsche fans out there (that is a phrase i did not think i would use)
