I've just been signed off work for 2 weeks with depression.As if thats not depressing enough,I feel crap too,You know how when most folk go to the doctor they just say that you have a virus.Well with me its depression.........depressing,well it is...

You know... that's the really depressing part about depression, it's so... um... 
depressing! 
However, I have great faith in you (even though I don't know you 
) and know that you'll be right as rain in no time!
(I have an extra bottle of optimism here somewhere - if you need one...)
In the meantime, eat lots-o-chocolate 
, do fun things and get plenty of rest!
