I just finished reading Dante's Inferno...what an amazing author! His symbolism, his attention to detail, his...well, creativity smiley - winkeye...it astounded me! Have any of you read Purgatorio or Paradiso?? If you have, do you recommend it?

Yeah, in fact I read the Inferno and the purgatory, liked them a lot, started the paradiso and got quite bored. The 'darker' regions are allways more interesting... anyway, to be honest, I didn't understand half of the mythological and historic references.
Read it some years ago, so I don't remember everyting exactly. (And Ol'Snaed didn't read it anywaysmiley - winkeye)
If you liked that, you probably would like Mitons 'Paradise Lost'. Did you ever read it?
