just got a new keyboard,it's been acting kind of strange.had this been an actual journal entry.....we have a thing in the states called the emergency broadcast warning system.it starts with a test tone then goes on to say this is only a test not an actual emergency.all my life i've been waiting to hear after the tone that this was an actual emergency and where to tune for what ever it is i'm suposed to be informed about in the event of one ,an actual emergency that is.no one i've talked to heard the emergency broadcast system work on sept.11,so i guess all these tests have been for nothing.
