Halfway through the exams- English, Maths and French gone And, thank God, maths wasn't as hideous as I was expecting. Ok, so I've still probably failed, but at least I'm optimistic.
No, seriously, I think I've done ok (touch wood... or whatever the cyber equivalent is...).
So, all I've got left is Human Biology and Modern Studies.

Woo-hoo! Me too. Isn't it just the best feeling? Except now there's sixth year, and applications, and open days etc...
I just need a day to sit back and take stock, I haven't had a chance to yet.
I love free periods BTW- and I've got 17 of them

Well, I have to spend 9 of those studying so slacking's not a major option...
Just 7? How come, is it school policy? Which I hate BTW- our rector *is* Tony Blair...

It's the way the timetable works. At least 23 of the 30 periods will be taken. *sigh*

30?! We get 40 periods a week. And technically 32 of those should be taken up, but if you've got a course like mine (2 SYSs and a Higher) then they let you off with the extra frees as long as you work during them.

Bloody exhausted. I moved my bedroom into the dining room today and my Father becomes the devil incarnate when he's doing DIY soit wasn't fun. I need SLEEP!

But my room was fairly teeny and this way benefits everyone, so temper tantrums could be tolerated...

Our year was split into 15 groups and each one had to give some talks to the entire year. Ours was last so we could steal all the ideas and my presentation began "I'd just like to thank the rest of the groups for setting such a low standard which we cannot help but better" No other talk got booed at all, half the year booed me off (the other half cheered wildly - controversial)
