I'll be so insanely glad when today is over....
Posted Nov 2, 2004
It almost feels like waiting for Christmas morning, except actually having to worry about getting coal instead of presents, and having to wait all day long to look in the stocking and see.
I even woke up 3 hours early this morning.

One more thing checked off the list.
Every day, there are fewer and fewer small things left that need to be done, that can give me sufficient excuse to not get the big things accomplished.

For the truly lazy

Can I just say how much I love being able to order pizza on the internet? It takes so much less effort than phoning in an order.

My grandfather....
Posted Aug 30, 2004
As I think I had mentioned somewhere in one of these other threads, my grandfather died earlier this summer. This last week, I found a note in my mailbox from my grandmother, with a picture she'd found of me and my grandfather when I was little. It's so sweet of her to think of sending something like that. It's weird, though, looking at the picture -- it's more than 25 years old, and he looks almost as old there as he did when he died.
