The Average Joe No One EVER Suspects Posted Jan 24, 2003
Cool. I'm still tech-ing and comuting between home, school and work. I usually spend the weekends with my girlfriend, and my Wednesday nights with some of my buddies. My buddies and I are a great bunch of dorks! We all hang out at the comic shop where one of my friends works. A couple of them have actually teamed up and are starting the process to publish a comic book. I don't want to say too much about it just yet, but it's a fantasy/comedy/drama thing. I can't wait to see that come to fruition!

My friends and I are dorks, too, but in a very different way. We actually did one of Plato's dialogues in play-form just because we were bored.

And then last, my friends were plastered... it actually wasn't as funny to watch sober as it could have been.

Yeah, things are always funnier drunk... that is, until the effectd wear off. Oh, did I tell you I have a new scarf? Well, it's not new any more as I've now had it for the better part of a month.

They certainly seemed things were funnier drunk... I just sorta looked at them like and huddled up under a blanket, the giant lab retriever and a kitten cause I was freezing (they obviously weren't). Next time maybe I'll partake a bit, if only to stay warm.
Lovely new scarf. I actually somehow lost mine. I think I left it in a rehersal room, but it hasn't shown up in a lost&found yet. Lousy stealing people.

Well, that's good at least. I always find that the professors that drop the lowest score are the ones teaching the classes I don't *need* to drop a score in. It's the two-paper senior-level English courses that sometimes kill me.

Eww... I have two papers to do for that Life after Death course. Along with the inhumane amount of reading and short quizzes on the reading that we take every class meeting.

Oh no... My suggestion is to get the plays acted out on cassette or what ever. I did that for Hamlet when I was in High school. Huge help. Finished it in two afternoons.

Yep! I think Akira Kurosawa made a version of the story of Hamlet... Or, no, I'm sorry it was MacBeth. For some reason I keep getting those two mixed up. Anyway, I've seen Kurosawa's version of King Leer. I believe it's Ran. In credibly good!

Hmmm. There's a poster-y thing in the student lounge downstairs that advertises a kabuki Macbeth, I think. Is that what you mean?
Hi.
The Average Joe No One EVER Suspects Posted Feb 7, 2003
No... The style of the one based on MacBeth is Noh, not Kabuki. It was movie at any rate. Maybe that's the one. What was the name?

No clue. Just onthe poster I can see when I use the stove in the lounge to heat water for . I'll check next time I'm down there.

Ok. I've never been to the student lounge at my uni... I'll have to make time to go wander the campus sometime. They do free movies in one of the center's rooms.

There's a small tv lounge on the first floor of all dorms here. The student center (which is what I suppose you're talking about) I rarely go to. Too full of frat people. *shudder*

Oh... those.
So how are you doing today?
Hi.

Mmm, okay. Dead tired. Been running myself ragged all week. Still slowly getting over bronchitis, but feeling better aside from running all over the place making up work. Also put in my application to study in the UK next semester. I hope they want me.
