Have you seen a story like this – in which a listed building that is demolished is ordered to be rebuilt?
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-london-32518106 I didn't know if you'd think it would be worth including a sentence to say what can happen if an owner/developer purposefully destroys a listed building.

Thanks <BB< - I've subscribed
That's a good find - yes, how about a footnote on 'demolished' in the 'What is a Listed Building?' section to say:
If a listed building is changed or demolished without permission then councils have the power to order it to be restored to its previous condition.
and put a link to http://historicengland.org.uk/whats-new/news/carlton-tavern-maida-vale-london-demolished on 'order' ?
Thank you

Yes, looks good.
Sorry I forgot to give a TITLE for the 'order' link - we could say "Carlton Tavern Rebuild Order"
Once that's done, it's ready for the button to be pressed
