I see I hadn't finished thinking about the chicken issue when the other Entry was picked. How do you think that should be added? Perhaps after the bullet points, when there is the paragraph about setting aside the chicken, say You can alternatively start the onions and mushrooms cooking in the wok for about 5 minutes and then add the raw chicken, but be careful to stir the items well to ensure the chicken is fully browned before adding the tomatoes etc.

Just one more tweak to make to the paragraph (I notice I mistakenly said continue from step 5, whereas the tomatoes are added at step 4 smiley - blush):

"If you haven't got a small frying pan as well as a large one, you could brown the chicken in the large frying pan/wok. Set the browned chicken aside while you cook the onion and mushrooms for 5-10 minutes. Then put the chicken back in the pan and continue from Step 4. Alternatively you could start the onions and mushrooms cooking in the wok for about five minutes and then add the raw chicken, but be careful to stir the items well to ensure the chicken is fully browned before you add the tomatoes etc."
