Hi lertimo, and welcome to the guide.

Just a couple of pointers, to begin with :

Every article submitted is constantly reviewed, and eventually updated if suitable for this. If you wish to submit an article, check to see if it exists first. If it does, discuss the article and when it is reviewed, your points will be included if considered valid.

However, should you submit an article that is considered far better than the one already in existence, then the article will be updated with your posting and perhaps some additional data from the original.

I'm sure you can appreciate that because 'The Guide' is a dynamic environment - with contributions in the thousands after only a couple of months - that all this may take some time, however.

In addition, No-one has expressley forbidden humour in the articles, after all, it's one of the reasons that many of us joined in the first place. What they are asking you to do is try not to submit humour for humours sake - or in someone elses style.

finally, some articles which have been rejected on the basis that they are simply too daft still have a home here, as in they are still part of the guide - just not an approved entry.
