Yay, finally found someone else from Wycombe! The only other entry I found was one about the kebab van outside Blockbusters. Odd.

Yes indeed, sunny old Wycombe eh
You never know, if you're from round those parts our paths have almost certainly crossed before!

Oh right, fair enough. The 'parrot' sketch was on the top 100 TV moments the other night - I think it got into the top ten - v. funny! (My fave still has to be the bit with Del in the bar from Only Fools and Horses though!)

What school do/did you go to in Wycombe then? I have to confess to being an RGSer myself!

Erm hi, this is still Beckster, (back after ages and ages!), but I've lost my site (I can see it, but it won't let me edit it, grrrr!) so I've had to do another one, ! RGS eh? How long ago, you may know some of my mates? I'm AHS in Aylesbury @ the mo. Oh, and Happy Easter!

Hi.
I've just moved to High Wycombe (on Friday 13th April 2001, to be exact)
What a delightful place it is.
Surely there's more than three people in Wycombe with the wit & intelligence to contribute to h2g2 ?

I was in Wycombe from 1982 till 1998 when I moved to Southampton. I was also still in Wycombe for the Summers and Christmases of 98, 99, 00. I was at RGS from 92 to 98 and was prefect of the Stage Lighting and Sund Team (sounds sad, I know!)....
As far as I know, there are only about 3 people in Wycombe with the wit to contribute to H2G2.
A few months ago I had the privaledge to chat to Douglas Adams on the BBC online chat, and I was so happy to finally put questions to one of my idols...It was such a shock when he died wasn't it?
Anyway, hope to get the old H2G2 going as well as before it swapped to BBC

Alrighty there Dave ...
Just to add my name to the pile ... there are 4 ... yes - that's right - 4 people in Wycombe with well ... at least the sense to contribute to H2G2.
It'd been a long time since I'd looked at this site (I didn't even know it had moved to the BBC) so I thought it was time I re-registered and got back on the H2G2 bandwagon!

5 out of 70,000 (or more) isn't very good is it ?
I wonder if that's a typical % of the population ?
