I was just thinking about that after I posted it.
There are plenty of submerging countries where there's a hue and cry because they exploit child labor. Well, entrusting the work to local monkeys (or, really, any critters capable of doing the work) is the logical answer.
Monkeys are capable of a lot. Plus, they hear no evil, say no evil, and see no evil.

I seem to recall reading of their delicate touch in the olive groves ... So atleast martini's are covered.

My nan used to put rhubarb leaves in the watering can, fill it up and water her roses with it, to get rid of the green fly.
Martini never had a proper made one...not that I recall anyhow!
