History of a Name
If you're ever wondering how the name 'Ka-Nip' became popular with me, well, it begins with a girl! Sadly, I don't remember much about her, I do recall she was pretty though...
Either way, I'm Canadian, and she was American (US). Once upon a time, roughly 7 years ago, I use to chat online frequently. There was this girl, who was American, and I would go as far as to say she was a friend of a sorts. One day, this girl, in a moment of playfulness decide she was going to call me a "Canuck", however, what she ended up spelling was, "ka-nip". After a few minues, or hours, of making fun of her, I adopted this nickname in honour of her. She dearly appreciated it as it was her originality that spawned it. To date, I have kept this nickname due to its originality.
Less interesting facts about me include my fascination with astronomy (I never studied it in school, and I am attempting to learn as much as I can on my own), I love tropical fish, and I have a growing interest in horticulture. I have a wealth of knowledge in computers as this was my area of interest for the longest time, and I also studied bits of it in school.
