Please, elaborate. What does it mean? Excuse me if I sound short and snappy but what makes the difference in the total number of people online and those that are called 'researchers'? I take it you've seen the movie. What did you think of it?

... and me thinking that H2G2 has become tremendously popular among Scottish football fans, amongst others. Wondered why and decided to put the blame at the feet of the movie. Haven't seen it myself. Since I read the book for the first time in 1995 and discovered h2g2 in 2002 and signed up for it two years later I had formed a clear and lively image of Arthur Dent and his friends. Arthur Dent by large and far doesn't even look like Douglas Adams! With Dr. Zhivago I think of Omar Sharif struggeling through endless plains of snow and Julie Christie looking worried and hurrying by on the pavement while Sharif bangs against the window of the tram. It's a good movie. I like it a lot mainly because of the memory of when I saw it for the first time one Christmas Eve in the far away past in a cinema with six other visitors and with the central heating being out of order. I take an enormeous risk if I go and see the h2g2-movie and it's nothing like what I imagined.

My little town isn't blessed with the presence of a cineman. I cannot even be tempted.
