Just a note from me to say thank you for your stories.smiley - smiley

Popped over to do that, and read your PS, hence the thought above.smiley - winkeye

Glad somebody likes to think about thinking, anyway.

kk

thank you indeed for reading the stories and for you comments!!

why do you want to feel instead of think as God does? because it is possible God doesn't have any feelings like we humans do?

creation and destruction I hear is driven by inspiration more than feelings...but I am an amateur on these thought smiley - blush

thank you,

Personally, I find inspiration coming in the form of feelings, so I can't quite subscribe to the idea of separating thought from emotion.

The Jewish theologian Abraham Heschel described that which set the prophets apart from other humans as 'pathos', which he defined as the ability to feel what God felt when he looked at humanity. I share that view.

I believe that human emotions are but a pale echo of the love that is the author of it all.

And thank you for the stimulating reply.smiley - smiley
