I received the invite, clicked on the link and then by mistake closed the window! When I clicked the link again it said it was no longer available because I'd clicked it before!

I read the email again and it said as an alternative to clicking the link, I could just reply without typing anything in the subject box, so I did. I hope it works....

I just checked and your address has been added to the list.
