How many citizens od Munchkinstein are there so far? When does the bank open?

I have so far produced six passports, but there are plenty of non-travelling plebs for to keep the country going. And I shall open the bank as soon as anyone wants to give me money.

Nope, you are now a duchess, my country, my say so. So you can now attend ambassadors receptions and the like and hob nob with the hoi polloi.
