Two threads BAD; one long, one short.

Bathes, picks clothes, paints face, dresses
for work. No! Sunday!

Rain falls, kettle boils,
Tea cups, sugar, milk poured.
Biscuit dunk, splosh plunk.

Bad haiku are cool.

stamping hooves and nodding head

hey: wheres the cookies?

Pretty pirannha
In my fishtank, why do you
Drool when you see me?

Cool what's hot. Stoves heat what's cold.
My belly says "Thanks!"

Dusk falls on the land,
A lone brown cow chews the cud
as dead leaves rustle.

Many bad Haiku

Have the wrong number of syllables on every line or almost every line, give or take, like this one,

And end too sentimentally for comfort. I love my darling cat Darling - bless! And are about nothing much really. And use the word 'And' too often.

One and two and three
Are the names of my three cats.
We had steak for lunch.

[Sorry, I had intended to use more "and"s, but I forgot ]

What a splendid day,
Wandering down the lanes and
Through my memories.

Its D.I.Y day
Overalls mess and strewn tools
"And", now dusk. Busy here!

Haiku has been bad.
Naughty poetry, go home!
Wash your feet with lye!
