Hi I'm not Troy McClure, but you may remember me from conversations such as the postings a few minutes ago, on the SEx: computer radiation thing thread.
I read your entry on TEMPEST, as I mentioned, and then I decided that was one of the best entries I've read in quite some time, so I came back to have a look at your PS. And then I decided I'd quite like to hear about anything you had to say, so now I've come to ask if you'd mind me adding you to my friends list?
Why do I suddenly feel like I'm back at primary school? "do you want to be my friend?" 
Usually I'd just add you anyway, but I've recently started to suspect that would mean that you'd end up with my journals clogging up your threads list... and that seems a bit passive-agressive to me, which is why I'm asking first.
Anyway, either way I hope you're at least gratified that a complete stranger on the other side of the planet thinks that you're quite interesting and eloquent.

I would be honoured to be on your friends list. To be honest, I've been here a year but still don't understand the procedure for adding friends. The two I've got on my list so far are both from RL. I agree it seems awkward.
