I found this: owners's which has an unnecessary s after the apostrophe.

There's also a sentence which I feel read better before:

The streets of this area in Newport are Bellevue Avenue, Ochre Point Avenue and Ocean Drive - all are wide, tree-lined avenues.

I preferred the original but it's up to you. You will have had your reasons for changing it.
