Yes I think I am more or less recovered, thank you. I am still waiting for the holes where my stitches were to heal up a bit more. I can now open doors and lift things again and this week I went swimming for the first time in ages

Yes it certainly is me, I left the title after my name for identification purposes. It's not always the length of the entry that's important to me, I quite like getting personal impressions Jules - gives me a bit of a feel for the topic(locale in this case)

Yes I suppose a full recovery does take time! Good to know that you're doing better though.

Oh sorry, almost missed this last posting! Very nicely written, a fairly detailed 'look'(so to speak)at the way things were. And somewhat of an overview of the socialites and/or financial elite who built the mansions. Well done!
