Can you sort out the title on my home page for me?

ever since I tried to put a fish into the title of my home page, it's got stuck
(when I go to edit I get "welcome to the name=" and no matter what I change the text in the box to, the title remains unchanged 
)
- I guess it's the <'s and >'s confusing your layout engine
Please help, as it's starting to bug me,

hmm, dunno - depends what your layout engine thinks 
Thanks alot!
Perhaps you should add a filter somewhere to prevent <'s and >'s being entered into page titles, to stop anyone else having the same problem I had!
