I find it interesting that saying someone always lies and then the person (who supposedly always lies) says "It's true, this is a lie" is a paradox , but saying "I always lie" isn't.

saying "i always lie" isn't a paradox only because people don't pay attention to logical inconsistencies! *continues to wreak havoc on military equipment surreptitiously*

Well it isn't because it could just be a lie, and the person doesn't always lie.

it depends how literally you wish to take the statement

If it's a part of one, it should be a part of all of you. Religion isn't about the rules and the s like that, it's about the message. And if it isn't a part of the message, then it should exist. And if it does exist and isn't a part of the message, then that religion shouldn't be taken seriously.
