Divination
----------
The furure parting before the gaze,
of the diviner trying to pierce the haze,
of the possibilities life throws up,
by looking at the leaves in a cup.
Then there is cards of meanings unclear,
there answers sometimes we come to fear,
but also they can be full of hope,
and free our minds before they mope.
Also the spirits that do guide,
taking us through reefs and tides,
there messages cryptic at best,
but it is not a jest.
So Diviner please do tell,
will the future be so well,
can I get through with a smile,
or do I need to go the extra mile?

Please
------
A word to sum up the polite,
to say in a question is so right,
but so many people forget to do,
this thing was asking you.
So do try and remember the manners,
along with this the Mandams or Sirs,
It is such a simple word to add,
and the politness in return will make you glad.
So please please I do repeat,
just be polite when you seat,
and come on hootoo to those around,
for please is such a pleasent sound.
Thought and Deed
----------------
The difference is not well known,
between things though and things told,
for the deeds which we do,
redeem the thoughts we do not follow through.
So always remember to judge the actions,
of the person and there interactions,
for they reflect on what we do and who,
we are for the actions mean so much more.
2 for people to think about....

Romance
-------
Done in stlye,
never out of date,
to wine and dine,
and titalate.
To just be nice,
to be yourself,
to do the best,
for yours in life.
So with nice food,
and some good drink,
all with a smile,
as glasses clink.
Being true with words,
yet all are fair,
some nice comments,
a brush of the hair.
A long meant look,
so deep in the eyes,
promising the love,
not just for tonight.

Ok just being challenged to write one by David at work with following title....
Tablecloth
----------
Flowery white spread so bright,
hiding the stains that took pains,
to try and hide as I have pride,
that when drunk as a skunk,
I did spill oil like swill,
across the top and could not mop,
up the mess which could be less,
if I wasn't drunk as vowless monk,
on the day that the cooking oil may,
had been used in the massuses shoes,
on that night with reasons drunken flight.

Hungover
--------
Belly flopping up and down,
swirling alcohol all around,
head spinning to the beat,
head fries in hungover heat.
The light that stabs into eye,
making me wish I was blind,
as I crawl out of my bed,
for somereason can't be fed.
For all of the symptoms,
there is no sympathy,
for the hangover is all,
selfinflicted with no score.
