Hello Tufty
I've not seen you around for a while. I wondered whether you were still interested in sub-editing the Pink Panther articles?
Hope to hear from you soon - if you move down my way and want to go on a bike ride, just let me know!

I'm so sorry BB, I'd actually forgotten I hadn't finished it. I've been a little busy with life (being a surgical trainee makes for being a tad busy). I must carry on subbing the PP articles, I had got quite a way through.

Glad to see you around again - did you move house in the end too?

Yep - though it meant 36 hours of work, packing and driving with only 45 minutes sleep
We're now living on cycle route 24, though I've not had much time to cycle recently.

I hope you've recovered from that - are you settling in your new home?
I'm still cycling along good old 23 each day - if you fancy a bike ride next year when the light & weather's better, let me know!

Yes thanks, after three months we've just about unpacked
I think the weather will need to be better for me to get some proper cycling in - the best routes around here are forestry trail type, and they're a bit muddy right now.

Ah yes - I too have got a hybrid. I imagine that wet leaves on uneven, muddy surfaces can make for quite interesting, and often painful, cycling. So are you in the Bath or Salisbury areas along the trail?

Partway between the two. It's not just wet leaves - the forestry vehicles leave big trenches in the mud, and hitting one basically means half an hour of cleaning crud out of the bike's working parts once I get home.

Ah - that's not much fun... I love the cycling part of cycling, but not the maintenance bit.
