Ok, i have am up to date I think.

Firstly I had know idea you were Tartan Totty, but as I hadn't really chatted to you under that i/d then it doesnt bother me. It is not like you have cheated me as I didn't know TT.

But I have enjoyed chatting to Shining

You have got some knew people to get to know in the scottish researchers group. You have admitted you are TT which is all it seems AWOL (if it was him) wanted to prove. So big deal - he has now. That particular game for him is over.

Don't leave the site.
I want you to ignore *every* post that you suspect to be from him. By replying to them it means he will reply again and gives him more of a chance to wind you up. Even though it may be hard and you want to defend yourself.
If he has no response whatsoever from anyone then he will lose the incentive to wind you up because it isn't succeeding.

By branching out and joing other places that the usual LD crowd hang out in then you will meet more people that are not involved in any of these off site disagreements, or even know about them.

This is a massive site and all the places set up for ex LDers are great but there are many more places to hang out. I know you may enjoy being in those threads but if you leave the site then you won't be there anyway so why not find some new places to hang out? The more people you meet then the more places you will find.

Thank you very much Mort for this kind message, but i wont be back on Ive had enough of this I only changed my name cos i wanted to be able to talk to people without being hounded.
I wanted to be an Ace in TT but because of all the hassle with the Aces Code Of Conduct i thought if i did become an Ace in TT i would be picked on like a few of my friends that are Aces, seeing as some people think because im friendly with Aces im in some sort of "clique" with them, which is untrue.
I thought if i started again in a new name i woudnt have any hassle but it appears not
I think its best that i dont come on any longer,although i do enjoy meeting new people and i have a few friends on here i doubt i will be missed! This is supposed to be a friendly site, but with the hassle ive got it doesnt look like it, im not posting on here with the fear that when i logon im gonna have some nasty post left for me
I hope Spiggy is doing well now?
Anyway Mort, i have enjoyed talking to you and its a shmae that i have to do this. I may come back sometime in the future and i hope then we can continue talking, but for now i dont need this hassle

It is indeed a shame, and this is just one case of sebveral who have felt like this. There seems to have been a proliferation of people joining and then deciding to cause others grief. Hope it doesn;t continue. If you do get email from her say hi from ictoan to her.

she has emailed me and I certainly will pass on your hello to her. I know she will appreciate it.

Hopefully she will come back in a while if things settle down.
