a bit about guideml, I have tried to update my page with jimcrackers badge, and the sso badge..... it works perfectly in preview, but when I update my details, it just looks to me like it is still in plain text, even though I have click the guideml button

have you any idea what I am doing wrong?

Have you checked that your PS has been changed from 'plain' to 'GuideML'?

Sometimes, if you leave your page in the middle of setting it up it will go back to its original settings, unless the page is 'updated' before you leave it.

I've tried it twice on one of my work pages A56841032

The top one is taken directly from the Guide ML on your Intro Page.

The bottom one is taken from the 'testuserpage' in your PS.


Apart from you using differently to how I use them, there isn't anything wrong that I can see.

Have you experienced any other difficulty since the change over?

this is the first time in 4 years I have changed my page, it works perfectly in preview, and yes I have made sure I have clicked the guideml, but whenever I go to edit it, it is back in plain

you have to actually hit the 'change style' button not just click the circle!
