h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Due to the grimness of life, there has been litle writing going on around here this week.

Due to the triumph of chapter 5, there is now a nice stack of papers off the printer a few inches high (double spaced, one sided, wasteful I know).

It was a delight to see that tackling the chapter in the slap-bang, get-it-on fashion DID work in terms of conciseness and creating an atmosphere and avoiding rambling. I have penned in a few alterations but on the whole it has turned out better than I dared hope.

I keep my memory stick with me when I go out. For the jeering resentment and personal attacks within these walls make me fear the whole thing will be in flames when I get home.
