Thanks so much for the message. This courtesy notion is appealing; it seems I've unconsciously practised it quite a bit in the past, but now I've inspiration to consciously keep it up

I would comment further on my name, except that I don't recall how I came to use it. I believe it had to do with a story I wrote in junior high school for which I had tremendous difficulty coming up with character names.
