Well, Goch is a mutation of coch, meaning red.

On the Llap bit though, could it just be that as Ll is pronounced Cl it makes it clap, which someone thought was humourois at the time. Just a thought and more than likely wrong.

You say LL by pushing the front of your tounge onto the front of your mouth and breath out, through the gaps either side of your tounge. Hope it's some help!

Given that I do not speak Welsh and so the only thing I am likely to achieve if I try it is to offend Welsh people for taking the mick out of their language, I would have to say that the advice does not help.
