Seven days in a house on the beach in Delaware.
And the place is wired with 'Net access, though I'll be having so much fun playing that I doubt that I'll be online much.

That sounds good!
It's useful to have the net, even if its just to find out cool places to visit while you're away!
Have a good time!

We've just got to keep the kids from exploding with excitement before Friday.
When I got home from work yesterday my youngest was in her bathing suit and was sitting amidst her sand pails and shovels...

Aww, that's just *so* sweet!
I remember going off in the car on holiday to Cornwall singing Cliff Richard's Summer holiday at the top of my voice when I was little.
Didn't life feel wonderful at that age?

Last year we talked about making boats in the sand for them to ride in, and I can't wait to give that a try...
Perhaps I'll grow up some day?

That's good - especially if the tide comes in and starts lapping around the boat... Take a good spade with you and you can make a multi-seater one! Then you find that lots of the children in the beach climb in, and all make friends.

I remember you telling me that last year and it sounded brilliant!
I've never seen anyone do that here in the states, but I will in a few days I reckon!

I'll have to stock up with some brown smileys specially!
Do you want the ones with the pink bum or the brown bum?

Ahh, 'stick'. I've been threatening to write a Guide entry on that for years!
It's based on the theory that children exude it from their pores. It's a mixture of honey, kid and dirt. It covers all of the windows inside your car, all cds, mirrors etc... You just have to bring a stick vunerable surface inside a kidhouse and it automatically transfers to the surface, a bit like static.
What do you think? Good theory?
