I quite like it when my hubbys not around, what I mean is he does hog the TV, always watching sport and I like to look at movies or UK Style etc, which he has no interest in. I do have a portable but it doesn't have SKY which has all the programmes I like. Still he never goes out of an evening just lies on the sofa all night.
My mum and dad are flying to Crete on Thurs, I'm abit worried about them as they aren't in the best of health but they just want to carry on doing things that they've always done.
Its their 45th wedding anniversary next month so we may all go out for a meal to celebrate.

Hiya, that doesn't seem a good bargain! Watching soaps isn't like going out in the evening, are you a soapaholic then?
I used to watch Corry and Neighbours but now only watch Eastenders but that is getting quite boring. We eat quite late by the time I get home from work and start cooking so I catch it sometimes on BBC Four at 10.
I'm going to a memorial service today for a doctor I used to work with who died in Iraq so that'll be sad.
About my wish list, decided I'm sick of being skint so am going to remortage and pay off my debts. I get really depressed about money.

Hiya,
How are you and yours? I thought you might send me a message then looked and it was my turn! How is your little one enjoying nursery, and are you liking helping out.
My youngest whose school changed to Church of England in Sept wants to leave, he said he is fed up of praying all the time, I told him we all have to do that, but it seems that they pray before breaktimes and lunch too. He'll just have to get used to it. Its so near my house and I've only just bought the new uniform.
I'm not enjoying the new job much, they've got a long hours culture and seem to expect everyone to do the same. The problem two of my bosses don't have kids and can work whatever hours they want. I may look for something else.
No other news really. Mum and Dad phoned from Crete having agood time so far...

Hiya there!
I'm full up with cold today....had to come in so busy. Hopefully will leave early. I spoke to the big boss yesterday about my home responsibilities, he has two kids too, mind you his wife doesn't work!
(Lucky her), hope things will settle down.
I do hope that my boy settles down too, its a bit of a chnage for him of course, cos it was just a normal school before Sept.
My parents are back the 7 th October, missing them, glad they're enjoying it. You have a bit of time to yourself then when thry're both out of the house, what are you going to do.? I love it when I'm on my own, mind you it hardly ever happens.....
I'm trying to write something at the mo for the Richard and Judy competition, you never know I may be famous one day (haha).
I know your hols seems a long way off but time does fly.
How are you feeling these days?

Hiya,
Poor you, having to take so many pills, I really hope that you egt some relief soon. I bet the appointment can't come soon enough. I will be thinking of you.
Had a postcard from my parents yesterday, Crete looks lovely, they are just having a relaxing time, which is good. Things at work are okay for the moment, we'll see how it goes, mind you I do have parents evening tonight, even though I asked for a late time 6.05, I still have to leave here, get the train and change when I get home etc.
Where we live they still have the grammar school system so the kids do the Eleven Plus in Year 6, so they close the school from Wed 1.15 till Thurs 11.15, for two weeks so they don't get disturbed by the other years. So this is another headache for me. Also got to take Sam my eldest to Great Ormond Street Hospital next week. It really is hard balancing being a mum and working, sigh.
I would also like some days of in half term, but haven't asked them yet.!!!
That sounds good your computer course, is it just one night a week?
How is it going, would you like to get a job later on?
Are you on the email address all the time or just at the college?
Take care
Margaret
