Hello Sarah
Thanks for your message!
Nice to hear from you. I'm also married and
have two boys aged 13 and 8. I work in Womens Health, but dream of writing fulltime one day and getting away from this place.
What else ? I'm trying to lose weight, and am
interested in astrology. I'm about to receive a
annual horoscope, so hope to read of fame and
fortune, only joking, good health and luck.
This hasn't been the best year!
Never mind.
Hope to hear from you soon

Hey Sarah,
That mag sounds interesting, is it too late for me to start buying it?
I used to have a Fate and Fortune book and told my friends fortunes
just for fun really.
I still haven't received my yearly horoscope. I can't wait to see whats in store.
It sounds funny I know but I was watching Spiritual Living I think its called and they were saying about white feathers show that angels are watching over you, and I have been going through a bad time recently and keep finding them on the lawn, on the path.
Maybe there are just lots of birds around!
What do you think?

Hiya, sorry haven't got back to you before now, was off on Thursday, and then on Thursday evening my little boy bumped his head and we had to take him up to casualty, luckily he was fine, but I thought I'd keep him off school for observation on Friday.
Gosh 71st edition of 100! Maybe I'll leave it! Thats a lot of money, but I'm sure you think its money well spent, you don't notice it as you go along. I'm doing a Xmas club this year and paying monthly and that'll make it easier this year. We always get to November and start panicking.
Well, I work at Department of Health in Womens Health Team, writing policy for Ministers its not wildly exciting. Just found out I've got a new job, working on hypertension and obesity so that may be interesting, may keep me on the straight and narrow!
as I am battling both.
Are you at home at the mo, as girls are little?
I used to read palms from the book and do horoscopes, so it would be abit difficult, sorry!
I received that yearly horoscope in the mail, its about 70 pages, tell you more next time?
Whats your news?

Hello Sarah.
Thanks for your message. How is your daughter now? Hope the doctor sorted it out. Theres alot of tonsilitis around at the mo. Well around here anyway.
Its awful when they're ill isn't it?
My son went back to school on Monday quite proud of the fact he had those butterfly stitches on his forehead.
So she's off to nursery in September, you'll have some time on your hands. Have you got any plans?
Well been reading that horoscope and its quite spookily accurate.
For example saying that I'm always worrying about things that don't matter or that I can't change, which is quite true.
I'm hoping to read on and it says that I'll be the new JK Rowling .

Hi there Sarah,
Hope the girls are better now! I don't blame you just having a rest in september when your little one goes to nursery, its tiring being a mum and sounds like you need some TLC yourself!
Sorry to hear you've been poorly yourself, do you think its all linked to your sterilisation then? The nurse at my surgery is always begging me to have that,(wonder if she gets a commission)
IBS is horrid and can be brought on my stress, I believe. Well how are you feeling on the tablets? More comfortable I hope. Do you have to go on a special diet?
I was upset on the weekend as my dad has had a stroke and is in hospital, so can't really concentrate on anything until I go and see him.
Hope all okay with you otherwise.
Love Margaret

The kids are both alot better now..Me i,m getting there i don,t think now that it it is linked to me be sterlized now that i have spoken to the consultant i don,t regret having it done for one minute i had it done through health reason because i suffer from badad migrine attacks mine are like having a stroke(BUT THEY AREN,T)i lose the feeling down my right side ae and can,t talk properly i have had abbout 7 of these attack and these ese ese are brought on by stress so i,m told i,m on medication and they do work they stop them progressing any any further and i,m on pills for my IBS at themom they aren,t working but i,ve only been taking them for 1week and a d a bit
sorry to hear about r dad hope he gets better
i,m going now emma is poorly again have to get her from school

Hello Sarah,
How is your little girl now? I expect she'll be breaking up from school very soon, then you'll have 6 weeks to fill.
I'm dreading it abit, I've got the first week off and the last two of their hols. I've booked my youngest into a play scheme at work, but I'll have to take him up with me on the train every day.
My mum was coming to stay for 2 weeks to help me out but obviously cos my dad is ill, thats now off. So its all abit of a headache.
Your migraine symptoms sound terrible, poor thing, but glad the doc sorted you out. Hope the IBS tablets help you too.
I was feeling quite unwell this year with neck/headaches and kept going to the doc also I suffer from flushing/redness which is unpleasant but he wasn't helpful. Finally by chance the FP clinic discovered I had very high blood pressure. I'm now on tablets for that and for about two months have been taking tablets for anxiety. Doc finally said I have rosacea and gave me some gel which doesn't work!
I feel abit like a disaster area but am starting to feel better.(ish)
I'm trying to lose weight as it may improve my BP naturally, don't want to be on the tablets for the rest of my life.
Going to see my dad tomorrow, so am looking forward to that.
Hope all well with you

Hi there Sarah,
So Emma's broken up from school then, hope you don't go mad!
only joking! My sister's got three girls, they've also broken up and they were already rowing at the weekend when we visited. Mine don't break up till this Thursday.
We went down to see my dad in hospital, he's not too bad, thank God, very tired. Hospitals are so depressing and hot, I could have nodded off myself. Hope he'll be out soon.
Sorry you had to wait so long at the docs, I think you can get sicker waiting around than when you arrive!
My niece has broken her arm, the school rang my sisterinlaw saying she'd fallen and she couldn't believe it, its now in plaster for 6 weeks. They go on hols next week.
Glad the IBS is abit better, it must be difficult getting out and about.
I haven't been that great this year, but now I'm on the tablets feeling abit better. Love to lose weight, seems an uphill struggle, going on hols on 21 Aug so hope I fit in the airline seat.
Well take care
speak soon

Hello there
I've been off for a week, so back today.
Hope things are abit better now.
You know I'm the same as you, I'm not very assertive and just back down over things, at home and at work. People tend to walk all over me and I feel like I don't have much control, then I get depressed.
I think this is one of the reasons I am now on anti depressants and had high blood pressure. I am such a worrier about everything, particularly money etc. Maybe your IBS is linked with your upset?
I am trying to be assertive at work, I've started a new job today and said from the outset that I have kids so can't work late etc, but its very hard to be assertive with poeple you're closest too I know.
When I have a row with my hubby I tend to eat and this is another problem I have with my weight.
Well Sarah, has your daughter had her birthday? Did she have a good time. Are you enjoying the hot weather?
Write soon

Hello Sarah,
How are you feeling today? Sorry that you've had to have blood tests at the hospital, when will you get the results? It must be horrid being swollen up in this hot weather.
My feet used to swell alot in the summer, and I couldn't get my sandals on etc, but I've noticed since I've given up salt I don't have that problem, and I use Lo salt for cooking.
I do miss salt on potatoes though..
Happy Birthday for next week . I hope you have a great day.
You should spoil yourself. Coming up to London sounds like torture to me but then I do it daily.
Hope you all enjoy yourselves.
I've got to buy a complete new uniform for the little one as his primary school is going over to a Church of England school in September.
Write soon - let me know how you are.
