May I make a request that you let us Aces (on Aces home page) know when you're the first to post on a newbies page who is under 16 years old, as they need special care. I'm not sure if you know that the first post on a newbies page takes them off the new researchers page, and makes them easy for us to miss.
if this sounds offensive in anyway, that's not my intension, I'm late for work and rushing this.

By chance on <./>Info</.> I'm nosey, a lot and goto stats page often
There are a couple of Aces who check that all newbies have received an Ace Welcome. I used to, but don't have the time now, so it can be several days before a newbies page has been checked.
We're not against others welcoming newbies, the more welcome they feel the more likely they are to hang around and join in it just makes it a bit problematic particularly when a youngster is involved.

Ahh erm, due to Aces confidentiality rules, I can't say. Other than the protection of youngsters is a priority for Aces, Editors and the BBC.
As anyone, whether registered or not can read this, I don't want to risk giving the pervs the advantage of knowing how we go about protecting our youngsters.
