Yes of course I'm coming, but if you could wait with the room-booking that would be great. 
I'm planning to spend a couple of days at my Brother-in-law's in Neumünster (Germany) with my family and it could happen that they want to come with me to Esbjerg afterwards. If so, I would need a room in a hotell or a B&B or værtshus if there is such available nearby. We're still counting on the buttons about how we're going to do this. Hopefully we'll get the finger out and decide one of these days...
How many are coming, do you think? And how much are we going to have to pool for Hatifnat? She's going to need some support and we can't let her sleep in no trainstation!

I told Hatifnat that she is welcome to come home with me and sleep on my sofa... So that´s not a problem... I didn´t feel right about letting her sleep in the train station either...
Will you be bringing you family to the meet??? If so, I will need payment for food, drinks and party hall from them also... And we need to figure it out soon, because I will need payment from everyone attending within 14 weeks...
But we will talk, and figure it out... no worries...

If your family will be coming with you, how many are we talking??? 1-2, or 5-7 or more???

We need to figure things out soon, as I will need payment no later than the 20 march, and I will need to know if you are coming or not ( and how many) no later than 16. march.
