I'm cold! Brr, can't seem to get the temperature up today, my fingers are frozen!
And yourself?
And in five minutes I have to go out in that snowblizzard to buy the bread for lunch! It's my turn today.

Today I chose one loaf of what the local bakery have called "Bryggenbrød", a light brown bread with a delicate texture and a crunchy
crust, and one loaf of "Skutebrød" (Ship's Bread), a small, dense, juicy wholegrain sourdough bread, a little like pumpernickel but not as dark. This one is best the day after it's baked. It's a hell to slice, but quite worth the effort. Bergen is famous for it's great variety of bread and other baked goods, so we're a bit spoiled...
On the slices of bread we put all sorts of cheese, fish dishes(a whole chapter by itself!), thinly sliced meat or sausages, and some vegetables. Composing your own openfaced sandwich can become quite an art!
