Yes, he did leave Subaru - that's why there's an 'and' there. he had a really dodgy time with Ford. It seemed that he creashed and retired from every race..... well, SEEMED like.

Wellllll, as far as I can remember he's staying with Ford and believes that now he's had a year to get to know the car, next year should go a little better.
Also Toyota is pulling out of competition so they can join in F1 racing (?)
