Well if you're any good with a needle I could go as an injured English footballplayer... Got the shirt, got the trainers, got the jogging-outfit(needs to be mended though), and of course I've got the injury...
But I ain't wearing no masks baby!
TM.

TowelMaster Posted Jan 31, 2002
Maybe I should go as a garden gnome and see who freaks out first...
Thanks and such!
shazzPRME Posted Jan 31, 2002
I think the idea is that you dress up rather then down TM!
Just be thankful that I didn't buy a lethal weapon like Daphne's... by the end of the night you could end up with more then a twisted ankle!

As I have not seen any of the stuff that you plan to wear I can't be thankful... And waddayamean dress down? As a footballplayer ? Beckham nude on the pitch ?
TM.

Oooh, medieval gear I just love that stuff. Bought a rather nice piece at the opera-house sell out two weeks ago
Hey, TM, that soccer outfit sounds like a great idea!
I shall ask the other flatmates what they'd think about some pickled onions...
Thanks and such!

The 'event' was a great success Tube
TM settled for all black (garb, not the rugby team ), and my dress was a big hit! Pictures to follow - I hope!!!
Sounds as if I need to go into full-time pickled onion production! A fun career, but rather antisocial for those living in the vicinity!

Good to hear youse had fun
All Black - ah, the classic never dies ...
From the "guide to alternative smiley tags (work in progress)"
-- Someone eating (and chewing) and liking one of Shazz' pickled onions.
I'll let the bit on alternative smiley tags run past the Eds before releasing it for publication, as things like might not be everyone's taste

Hehehe! Good thinking! I'd hate for your item to be the second moderated in TP... Ormy has the only honour so far and he was re-instated pretty quickly by Peta.
Darn this cold... it's gone to the dripping nose/tickly cough/headache stage now, hence the photo's waiting until tomorrow for developing.

I just found a tyypo in the Been there, done that ... article. I think I did put it there, but as the Guide strives for correct content it might be worth to change an 'S' to an 'H' in the sentence:
"WS Smith provides a notebook for 75p."
Thanks for that!

Oops! You know I looked at that and thought it looked odd!
I'll drop back and change it!
This Post is almost as big as last week! Serves me right for thinking it wouldn't take me long to do eh?
Now I have to wait and see if the page clicks over... this will be the first Mark has set up using the dna engine and strange things happened earlier this week!... when he 'timed' them they all disappeared from the PO!

There, there
Look (half-suppressed ), them comuters are probably just tired. Just try again next morning! ... Or threaten to re-programme their memory banks with an axe
And I only saw the WS Smith because I talked to Lifson Kofie about WH Smith and thought.... "what the heck did I write in the Post piece?" Grat timing that you'd just Post-ed it!
Thanks and such!
shazzPRME Posted Feb 7, 2002
Indeed!
I'm creating an alternative Front Page now... damage limitation and all that jazz! I should have realised that there was a problem when they all left the Post Office!
Oh well... time for another I suppose

Good news!
I have finally worn TM down to a frazzle with my whingeing about not having a working one, so I now have permission to go and buy one tomorrow.
So... I better start ploughing through all those boring adverts which I seem to have dropping in my intray every day!
