There are various activities on h2g2, however, the Edited Guide is at the heart of what we do here. I have journeyed through PeerReview and got my fact based Entries into the Edited Guide If I can, you can too. Though you'll need to read Writing-Guidelines first.

For an easy was to get involved in the Edited Guide, join in the research and watch the process in action, take a look at 'Chocoholic's Delight Club' – U4288864

You may like to read a <./>RandomEditedEntry</.> Some of the older Edited Entries are not good examples of the type of Entries that are accepted for the Edited Guide nowadays. You can read the most recent ones which are on the <./>FrontPage</.> every weekday.

Although h2g2 is a conversation forum, not a chat room there are a few easy to get involved in conversation pages you may like to visit.

<./>MiscChat</.> ~ the place for random chatting.

Don't be concerned if you see your Researcher/username on other people's Personal Spaces, or entries; that’s just the tag, only you can see your name.

Hi Emmily, erm I can not get the web so I can not surf to look for old school pals or anyone that attended But for the link. Just thought what with this been a global network someone that attended the two schools would click on my username and leave a message, so I could get back intouch. But either they've all fled and left the i've no idea lol.

Hmmm, thing is, not many people are going to read your Personal Space (PS), unless they happen to visit your PS. You could try asking a general question about what schools people attended on <./>Askh2g2</.> and include a passing reference to the schools you attended, it's worth a try.

Sorry, no. Only the h2g2 Editors (U284) can can change the subject title at the beginning of a thread, and usually only because the post of the headeer breaks the house rules.

I hope whatever the problem that's making you leave h2g2 (assuming that's what you're doing) can be sorted.
