Oh Wailey, Wailey, Wailey!

Well, that news was a bit of a blow wasn't it? What news, I hear you ask? The news that's made me creep out of the woodwork to post this, and if you STILL don't know what I'm talking about then you must have emulated the metaphorical ostrich and had your head stuck in the sand (except, as it turns out, ostriches don't do that. But I digress)
The news that Auntie Beeb, in her infinite wisdom, has given H2G2 the boot and is leaving it wandering the streets like a lost kitten looking for a new home with a kind owner and a big fireplace for cold winter's nights (Yes, I know it hasn't happened exactly like that. It's called Artistic Licence or, to give it a more accurate name, lying cos it sounds better) And the whole place puts me in mind of a bunch of Nac Mac Feegle panicing at the inevitable arrival of the Crosssing O' The Arms and the Tappin O' The Feets. But the thing about Feegles is they LOOK small and harmless. More often than not, however, they look bigger and more dangerous as they climb up your trouser leg and give 'ye a face full o' heid, ye scunner!'
Which brings me, by a rather convoluted path, to my point. Right now, people are panicking. It's a knee-jerk reaction to the news. All we need to do is calm down, take a few deep breaths and formulate a Plan (spelling is optional, of course) There are some fantastic ideas being banded around right now, and at least ONE of em is bound to take off.
There was a point to all this but unfortunately I've quite forgotten. Also, why the sudden obsession with the Feegles? Ah, well, answers on a postcard please. Double points if you can answer both questions.

Well, it's been an awfully long time since I last posted here. Though I still pop in from time to time, until lately I haven't felt at all compelled to post. But since so many people have been pining for me... well... I've never been one to disappoint my adoring public 
First things first, the recent deaths on Hootoo. Though I, sadly, didn't cross paths with either pheloxi or TB, I've certainly been aware of their impact on the site, and for that I'll miss them, though of course not as much as those lucky souls who truly knew them. All the love in the world to you wonderful people.
Secondly, I hear our glorious Warlord Clive is hanging up his Spork... Causing a power vacuum and possibly even more instability in the fabric of reality than there already is. But what can you do?
Thirdly, a special hellooooooo to a certain kerfuffly fluffle and a Menthol Penguin who've been asking about me. Heya guys I'll possibly be around a lil more now, so let's wreak some mayhem!
...Did I say mayhem? i meant nice, law-abiding, no-trouble at-all behaviour. Yesssssssss that's what I mean *Ahem*
Anyhoo, I'm still around and about, so watch out. Axi's... about

Ok, why does my post counter thingie say I haven't posted sinc eAugust last year? Granted I'm not as talkative as I used to be (yes, y'all can breathe a sigh of relief <winkeye) but I haven't been completely silent. Does the post counter not take into account things like PS convos?

Whoda thunk it? I missed me own HooTooversary.
That's right. The odd entity known as Aximili has now been trawling this wonderful website for a whole year now.
I'd like to thank my ACE Feisor, as well as all my friends for making my first year so wonderful. Here's to many more
