Do you mean what is in Mickey's Toontown in real life, or in the game? In the game it is pretty much a character visiting spot – one of the places where you can meet Mickey, Minnie, Daisy, Donald, Goofy, Pluto, Chip & Dale - and also somewhere where you can look out for Hidden Mickeys and the other secreted objects, both those you are sent on quests to find and general other concealed items. There is also a shop so you can buy the Mickey's Toontown autograph book, badges and clothes.
