>>Curiously, although singer Audrey Swift was cast as Audrey, she never actually sings in the film.<<

Please subscribe to the above.

Just one question, about The Secret Life of Pets: "currently the 12th most successful animated film ever." - is 'currently' 2019?

I've subscribed!
Probably a good idea to change that to 'on release it was the 12th most successful animated film to date' and keep it simple.

2020 has been a bit of a bad year for many things, including animated films. In fact since March we've had a strange situation where the most successful animated film of the year has been a box office bomb that lost approximately $100 million in film production costs alone, before taking into account marketing costs (Pixar's 'Onward').

Are you happy for this to be sent to the next stage?

Yikes, that is a strange situation: most successful = least worst...

Online streaming may have some benefit, but it isn't the same as box office takings, given that a whole family can watch one film at home, but in the cinema it would cost at least 4 times as much...

Looks good to me, press the button!

Online streaming has pros and cons - and following Universal's decision to stream DreamWorks Animation's 'Trolls World Tour' online and not release it in cinemas, many cinema chains across the US and Odeon in the UK are boycotting Universal films and have announced they have no intention of releasing further Universal films in their cinemas in the near future. How long this boycott is lasting is difficult to tell when cinemas are currently closed...

The stars of 'Trolls World Tour' are reportedly also suing Universal for loss of income - by the film bypassing cinemas they do not get box office bonuses. Again the film has officially bombed and failed to recoup production costs.
