I think it proves that Arsenal will always be better than Spurs, even when Spurs finish ahead of Arsenal.
In fairness to Spurs their 21st century trophy haul is exactly on a par with Birmingham's and only slightly worse than Portsmouth's.
So, well done to them.

On a par with a team from the country's second city. That's some achievement.
Although now I am thinking about who Birmingham got that trophy against.

So the Premier League is back. Playing a newly promoted team on day one isn't necessarily a good thing. They often get good results early on before falling apart.
And for every player we are linked with in the transfer market there are two of our players linked with other clubs. Bellerin and Martinez are the latest. And worse, Luiz and Mustafi seem to be staying.
Oh well, here comes 20/21. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the return of St. Tott;s Day.

Jack it's a good start to it so far.
We are top on alphabetical order so if the pandemic can curtail the season now and decide it on PPG that would be great.
Tottenham.

Spurs playing catch up already.
And Mourinho finding excuses as usual. They've had an interrupted close season because of Covid (but no other club was similarly affected, obviously) and the players were too lazy (even though it's his job to make sure they're not too lazy) so that defeat was definitely nothing to do with Mourinho.
Anyway, we were pretty good although Fulham were pretty awful to be fair. still, a pleasant start to the season although Stupid Money FC from West London will probably wipe the smile off my face tonight.

I don't know how we got the three points, Mac.
We'll need a 1000% improvement just to lose 6-0 against Liverpool.
And that's after Leicester murder is in the Carabao.

I'd look for a sofa to hide behind. Except there are no sofas a thousand light years away from the TV.
Twice in four days. And Man United got to play Brighton twice in the same period.
Where's the justice?

What the hell?
Leicester. Liverpool. Man City.
The Gods are really going out of their way to make sure we don't win this Cup, aren't they?

Jack we get all the important wins over Liverpool this season yet the Gods still find ways to grind us down.

The Gods will always screw us, Mac.
Today Arsenal were drawn to play a competitive game in Ireland for the first time ever. And, naturally as it's 2020, I won't be able to see it.
Gah. Lousy Gods.

2020 strikes again. All this working from home means I can't meet any of the Man U fans in the office to talk about Arsenal's position in the top four and United's position in the bottom five.
Football in general has gone as mad as 2020. What was all that about last night? Spurs winning 6-1 at Old Trafford and Villa scoring seven against Liverpool. Also, I really thought that Sheffield United's goalkeeper was going to score an injury time equaliser against us.
I suppose in a year when the most powerful person in the world is so foolish and immature that he's managed to catch Covid19 because he wouldn't take basic precautions, pretty much anything can happen.
I fully expect vistors from Outer Space before Christmas.

Jack agreed. Lousy way to lose a match.
Even if Arsenal have benefitted from them recently.
2020 gives us a 1-6 battering for Man Utd but we can't possibly enjoy it as it is the Spuds dishing it out.
Liverpool's defence against Villa was unbelievable. One of the worst ever from supposed Champions.

I concur, Mac.
Who decided that we get Liverpool and Man City in the first five games?
Although Spurs have managed to cheer me up a bit.
Form is temporary but Spursiness is permament.
