I am specially well-suited to this task as I live at the end of the world - New Zealand. It is desirably far enough away from many of you that it can lend enchantment even to things and people who are not in the least lovable. And we will have the world's most interesting yachting regatta here from October 99 through to Feb 2000 - the America's Cup racing. Now there's an esoteric event.
