h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

You may not know about this - no reason why you should - but the h2g2 Continuity Consortium is putting together a collection of the best-of h2g2 and two of your entries were suggested for inclusion. Waz suggested The Pilgrimage and Galaxy Babe suggested Das Lied von der Erd.

I'd very much like to use them both, but because the Community Consortium is not the BBC we can't use anyone's work without their permission. So would you be ok with me including these two pieces. GB said you illustrated Das Lied von der Erd yourself, so I'd be able to include the illustrations which isn't true for most guide entries.

Please let me know either way.

I'd be very happy for you use these entries of mine, delighted in fact GB is of course right, I did provide the blob that appears on the Das Lied vd Erde entry.

That was a rather cryptic message of thanks.... They really are very god, very mch amog the best we have to offer.

In the meantime, before we can get them out there, I'm taking you up on the proof-reading offer...

I've put up some entries for proofreading one at a time. Just download one, put on track changes make comments and changes and email it back to [email protected]. Remember to update the thread saying which one(s) you've done.

It'll really make a difference.
