Tattoos

A great and marvelous invention, the roots are steeped in history, usually as a form of tribal rites of passage.
The Maoris, for example, rate a persons manhood by the size of tattoo he can endure in one sitting.
But this is no longer the case, tattoos are becomming more and more popular as a form of body art and self expression. There are those out there who don't apreciate the intimacy and personal meaning behind a tattoo. These are the ones who go out on a saturday and get an off the shelf tattoo of their local football team, only to regret it a year later when they don't like the said team anymore.
If anyone out there is thinking of getting a tattoo then beware, if you get one you may become hopelessly hooked and get more and more. But all of you remember that a tattoo should be something that you really want, not just something that you like the look of, although you are often best off designing it yourself.
If I have any more comments regarding this I will be sure to post them.

Internet Users

Working on an Internet Service Desk isn't always fun and games, many customers aren't nice people, through strenuous research I have narrowed them down to three catagories, (there are many other grey areas as well but for arguments sake I have catagorised them) Firstly is the complete novice: They react well to help and are always eternally grateful to you for helping them type in a search entry.
Secondly (and by far the worst) is the person who thinks they know a lot but only know a bit: These are the worst for the simple reason that they aren't affraid to change things on their computer (not always a bed thing) but don't know why it goes wrong when they delete a vital systems file. Then, to make matters worse, they will fly off the handle when you imply it is their fault.
Lastly the computer nerd: This is the person who simply wants someone to talk to as they re-install theur entire operating system and hack into the Pentagon. (The solution to this problem is always, open the window leave the house and get some friends.)
