They're coming thick and fast - just settling down with a Calvados for an interesting read.

Wrote one at last. Mrs FG had an idea for one with a thief who liked jam doughnuts - couldn't get him to write it though.

Aye, and give it some elbow grease, eh?!
Nah, sorry folks you'll have to count me out on this one as I'm up to me eyes, fingers, knees and toes in other stuff. Best of luck to you all, and I do intend reading the stories, hopefully, later this evening to see what I've missed out on.
BTW, just to let you know also that comments from Authors supporting the 'Save the Get Writing Community' are flooding in. Take a look:

Sorry Jen,
Good story.
Have you seen the wondrous sparkly poo that seals do, due to all the silver fish scales in their diet. One of nature's incidental beauties.

What the seal, the poo or the scales?!
How on under God did ye ever see things like that, Fats?? You have me worried about you... really!
Actually, I blame Stationery with his 'Sea-Monkeys' (nothing to do with 'Smallnumberof...'). I mean, MOST people have 'Goldfish' or the odd turtle/tarripin - BUT he has wee invisible scaly things - yuck! Ask him.
Personally, I prefer dogs.

The Sea-Monkeys all escaped last night. After slithering upstairs and sucking my brains out, they came down again and accessed my laptop. They have seen what you've been saying about them and are refusing to get back in their container, pending an apology. I would also like to take this opportunity to let it be known that Mrs S E is responsible for their aquisition, as a Christmas present for S E junior. Neither of the aforementioned have since had anything to do with them, consequentially they have become dependent on me for their continued existence.
The Sea-Monkeys have now passed on their demands, which are as follows; equal rights for Sea-Monkeys, additional algae rations and an all expenses paid trip to County Cavan. They also formally request that PenJen withdraw her potentially libelous remark about mushy peas.
Now see what you've done...

We had sea monkeys. One of them ate all the others and grew impossible large for a, sea monkey, and then it died. Agressive little creatures. Watch out, there might be one trying to take over your house right now.
Scores please as soon as your crits are finished. I presume we are all done?
