Hi Tootsie,
If you use GuideML for your space, just put in a tag and it will display the name of whoever is looking at it. I was lucky enough to see someone else ask the same question soon after I joined!

On a more general point, if you want to know how someone did something on a page, put in 'TestUserPage' instead of the 'U' in the web address for their space. e.g. to view mine, put in http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/brunel/TestUserPage2389166
To do the same for Guide Entries, replace the 'A' with 'Test'.
