h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Well, today it's 20 years ago he was shot dead.
But life goes on, so for me it's not a very special memorial day.

However, it is somewhat a special day. A day that I/one can hear his music everywhere on the radio.

But also important for me; I do miss him in my life.
His idealistic way of looking at life; change your way of thinking first. Too, he was rather optimistic about life; "apathy is nit".

I loved his humor and I miss him as a "political/cultural comrad" who would have inspired me during my life. Not as a "follower", but as a fellow man who his travelling his road through life.


I'l listen today at his beautiful song; "in my life".

AND I'll end with; "thanks John".

Well, a portrable radio helped me to find the way.
I talked in Town with an Englishman about BBC and the Netherlands. He lives here 13 years.
HE WAS also surpised that the cable only had the option for BBC 1 radio.

It was nice just to anticipate for a moment with the John Lennon day, although he could be very irritating and nasty and I understand, his son Julian doesn't have that much comfort by his dad to remember.
IT WAS the idea of Paul to make a song for Julian after john did devorce, and we know it as 'HEY jude'.

He's just as we are; a normal and unique human.

It appeared to be 25 years ago, in stead of 20.

It doesn,t make one alive.
